The purpose of the club is to promote interest in Austin vehicles.

Membership of the club is available to any person having:-
(a) an interest in preservation or ownership of Austin vehicles, manufactured before 1950,
(b) an interest in preservation and ownership of other collectors vehicles.
 

COMMITTEE

The elected Committee shall consist of the following;

Chairperson
Secretary
Treasurer
Events Secretary
Newsletter Editor

The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held on the second Wednesday in October each year,as from 2001.
Membership will run from 1st September to 31st August each year.

A membership fee will be charged.This fee will be agreed by the treasurer and members at the Annual General Meeting each year.
This fee is payable annually,in advance.

In the event of the club being dissolved,all funds will be donated to a designated Registered Charity.The recipient charity will be chosen by the committee serving at that time.
